Thank you to all who attended Tower Hill's Camp Fair on Jan. 29, 2015!
The 22nd annual Camp Fair, held on Jan. 29, was another great success! We hosted 126 camps, 33 of which were new this year. Over 1,000 visitors, including parents and students of all ages from the greater Wilmington area, attended the event.
As a result of the fees the camps pay in order to participate, we were able to raise more than $19,000 to contribute to the Home and School Association! This achievement would not have been possible without the tremendous support of our parents. Over 50 volunteers contributed to the cause! We are grateful to each of you! We are also incredibly appreciative of the assistance we received from the entire Facilities Staff and the Communications Department. Many people pulled together to accomplish a large and significant feat. Thank you!
Are you searching for a summer camp for your child but not sure where to start? The process can be daunting. Camp fairs make it easy for parents to sort through the many choices.
The Camp Fair at Tower Hill School is a free event that brings over 125 camps and summer programs straight to parents in the Field House at Tower Hill. Both day and overnight camps (domestic and international) are represented for campers in preschool through 12th grade, in all price ranges. It is a great opportunity for families to talk with camp directors and ask key questions about their summer programs.
