Message to Parents - Nov. 18, 2013

We used last Friday’s faculty in-service time to have Anthony Goldsmith, a licensed psychologist and mental health counselor, come to work with the faculty and staff. Tony has a great deal of experience from his own practice and with programs that help people to work with all aspects of child abuse from prevention to treatment. He helped the faculty and staff in expanding their knowledge and in encouraging their efforts to support your children.

 

In addition, conversations continue with the Attorney General’s office regarding resources and next steps for each parent group in our community. We will update you as soon as details are available.

 

Again, we thank all of you who provided input last week at the community gatherings. As information is available on the major themes that were discussed, we will share it with you.
