We have learned that a waiver of arraignment was filed by Dr. Wheeler's lawyer, who entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. In about a month, the trial date will be set, along with a deadline for motions to be filed. In respect to his bail, a motion to modify it may be filed at any time by his lawyer.
