Message to Parents, July 10, 2014

 

Earlier in the week, we let you know that there was a court date for the Wheeler case this Friday. Our information at the time was that the hearing would not take place; however, we have since learned that there has been a change. The judge has indicated that he wants to proceed with the hearing. It is anticipated that there will be legal arguments, but it is unlikely there will be further testimony. We do expect that there will be press coverage.
