Head of School Search, August 29, 2014

Tower Hill School retained Brigham Hill Consultancy to conduct a nationwide search for a new head of school in the Spring of 2014. The firm held open meetings with school constituents and conducted an online survey, the findings of which were used to develop our School Profile.

 

After the Search Committee’s initial assessment of prospective candidates, Brigham Hill spent the summer personally interviewing the more promising prospects. The Search Committee will invite a handful of these people to Wilmington for confidential interviews with the committee. A smaller number of people will then be asked to return to Tower Hill for several days, during which time they will meet members of the broader school community. If all goes as expected, one of those individuals will be offered the position and will be appointed the next head of school.
