Dear Tower Hill families,

We just became aware that a ruling was handed down on the motion to suppress the evidence in the case against Dr. Wheeler. The motion was denied, and the case is scheduled to be tried on October 7. We would expect that there will be news coverage and an article tomorrow in the newspaper. If we learn anything further, we will share that with you.
