I write to inform you that we have just been made aware of a story on Delaware Online regarding Dr. Wheeler.  According to the story, Dr. Wheeler rejected a plea bargain today, and his trial is scheduled to proceed next week. Please know however, there is always the possibility that this trial could be continued to another date. We will keep you informed as to any further developments on this case. Thank you.
