Dear Tower Hill families,

We have just learned that the prosecution and defense have finished presenting evidence at Dr. Wheeler’s criminal trial today. No verdict has been reached by Judge Davis. Dr. Wheeler did not testify and remains in jail. The defense has filed a motion for acquittal. The prosecution will file a response by Oct. 24.

We will continue to update you as these proceedings develop.
