Dear Tower Hill family,
The prosecutor will be filing a brief today in response to the defense motion that was presented at the end of Dr. Wheeler's trial on Oct. 7. We anticipate that there may be a story in tomorrow's paper.
In addition, defense counsel will then have the opportunity to respond to the prosecutor's brief on Oct. 31.
