Message to Parents, October 29, 2014

Dear Tower Hill community, 

 

The prosecutor filed a brief yesterday in response to the defense motion presented at Dr. Wheeler's trial, and as expected, there is media coverage online that may also appear in tomorrow's paper. Our understanding is that the defense has until Nov. 5 to respond, after which time the judge will decide the next steps -- which could be an additional hearing, closing arguments or a ruling.
