THS Recognized by Mayor for Service Projects


Tower Hill School was recognized for numerous service projects by Wilmington Mayor Dennis P. Willams and Theo Gregory at a Celebration of Service Ceremony in Council Chambers. Students accepted the award for the Tower Hill Jefferson Awards Club. The Jefferson Awards Foundation Lead 360 Challenge engages youth in our communities to elevate their local service projects onto a national platform by joining forces with a government official, such as a mayor or county executive, to make an impact.
