Tower Hill Announces National Merit Scholarship Finalist
Headmaster Dr. Chris Wheeler announced that senior Sean Sullivan has qualified as a Finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program.
As a Finalist, Sean is among the 15,000 highest-scoring participants (top 1% nationally) of some 1.5 million program entrants. As an academically talented high school senior, Sean has the opportunity to continue in the competition for one of the 8,300 scholarships. Selections for Finalists are based on results of the 2011 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®). The National Merit® Scholarships will be offered this spring.
