Upper School Students Capture 1st and 2nd in Delaware on American Chemical Society High School Exam


Congratulations to Junior James Damewood and Senior Sean Sullivan who took top honors in Delaware for their performance on the American Chemical Society High School Exam. James tied for first place, and Sean captured second place.
The exam was open to all schools in the state. Chemistry teacher Leigh Thompson indicated that she was very excited about Tower Hill's placement as her students were competing against larger local schools that place a strong emphasis on science programs. James and Sean will receive monetary awards from the Delaware Section of the ACS.
