Class of 2018 Celebrates at Moving Up Day 2014

The Tower Hill 2014 Moving Up Day program was held on June 6 to recognize the 64 members of the Class of 2018. Following the opening remarks by Head of Middle School Paul Capodanno, the class address was given by David Goodman. The 8th grade advisors shared comments about each their advisees and the many contributions made by the class.

Isabelle Pilson received the Humanitarian Award, presented by head class advisor, Beth Anderson. Dr. Tony Cucuzzella, president of the Alumni Council, presented the Alumni Association Achievement Award to David Goodman and Isabelle Shegog. The Cecile M. Buckles Award was presented by Assistant Head of Middle School, Carl Wismer, to Elena Attix.

Student council officers Annie Abramczyk, Natalie Hobbs, Malcolm Johnson and John Mekus, presented the class gift of a tree to be planted on campus to Mr. Capodanno. Students, parents and other guests enjoyed the class video and a reception hosted by the 7th grade.
