Golf Team Wins State Championship

Tower Hill’s golfers took the state title in the DIAA Golf Tournament held this week at Rehoboth Beach Country Club (RBCC), with eighth-grader Phoebe Brinker (pictured above left with RBCC’s Charlie Schuyler) placing first overall with a remarkable 4-under-par finish. Phoebe was the only golfer to finish under par and the first woman to win the state title in DIAA history! Sophomore Danny Dougherty took third place and eighth-grader Jennifer Cleary finished fifth, with senior Matthew Cleary and eighth-grader TY Brinker also placing in the top 20. Full results here; click here for coverage by DelawareOnline. Way to go, Hillers!
