Student Government Association Provides Leadership Opportunities

The Upper School installed new members of the Student Government Association (SGA) on Thursday, Sept. 15. Each pledged to uphold Tower Hill's core values of honor, responsibility and respect. They agreed to lead by example, serve as a voice of and for the people, and take an active role in helping to shape a school culture that is kind, inclusive and spirited. 

 

This is an exciting time in the Upper School as we have restructured our Student Government to create more leadership opportunities for student involvement. The SGA has moved to a board system, which is representative of the pillars of our program. This includes a board for Arts, Athletics, Activities, Honor, Discipline, Social Justice and Global Initiatives. Elected Class officers and Chairs of each board serve on SGA. Freshmen will have the opportunity to run for office in January.
