Senior Named to All-American Field Hockey Team

Senior Christina Freibott has been named to the High School All-American 3rd Team for field hockey. Christina was one of 48 high school players selected from across the country by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

During her high school career, she received honors for 1st team All-Conference for three years and 1st team All-State for two years, and was recently named a regional All-American. She participated in the National Futures Championships from 2008 to 2011, the Junior Olympics in 2009 and 2010, and will be part of the select Futures Elite program in 2012. She currently plays on the X-Calibur Justice club team. In addition to field hockey, Christina has received all-state awards in soccer and swimming.

Christina will be attending Columbia University this fall and will play field hockey for the Lions.
