Preschool Celebrates Week of the Young Child

Tower Hill's Preschool had a wonderful week of celebrating the Week of the Young Child! Our Tower Tots, Prekindergarten and Kindergarten classes had the opportunity to hear from Nature Jams on Monday. It was fun to watch them dance and sway to the lively music! After Musical Monday, they enjoyed Taco Tuesday, Work Together Wednesday, Artsy Thursday and Fun Run Friday. 

Our Tower Tots hosted a Bake Sale with all of the proceeds dedicated to helping sea turtles. Their hard work raised over $400 for this project. Congratulations, Tower Tots! 

 

On Friday we also celebrated Earth Day. Yes, it was a week early as we didn't think we'd have enough time to incorporate that into our celebration of grandparents next week. Our students will celebrate the "Trees for the Earth" by going on a walk to Rockford Park (each grade level going a further destination based on their grade). Before the end of the year, the Lower School students will participate in planting a tree on Tower Hill's campus in honor of this important day.
