UD Professor Speaks about Ukraine Crisis

Stuart Kaufman, a political science and international relations professor from the University of Delaware, shared insights about the Ukraine crisis with Upper School students on Wednesday. Kaufman specializes in ethnic conflict, U.S. national security strategy and international relations history and previously served as the Director for Russian, Ukrainian and Eurasian Affairs for the U.S. National Security Council Staff.
