Track Dedicated to Stu Markley
On May 21 Tower Hill trustees, faculty, students and parents, gathered
for a reception at the Alumni House to honor Stu Markley, physical
education teacher and coach from 1985 – 2002.
The Tower Hill community celebrated Stu’s service to the school by naming the new track in his honor. Stories were shared by his former players and advisees, as well as a close friend, Pete Hayward, Board of Trustees Member, and his family. Pete then unveiled the “Markley Track” sign. It was a great evening for the Tower Hill community, and Stu and his family enjoyed catching up with everyone.
