Van Sickle '08 Named ACC Player of the Week

University of North Carolina senior Caitlin Van Sickle '08 was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Field Hockey Player of the Week. Van Sickle scored the game winner in overtime as the second-ranked Tar Heels beat No. 5 Virginia.

Van Sickle played every minute of the game. With the win, North Carolina returned to No. 1 in the nation in the updated NFHCA Division I National Coaches Poll.
