Advancement Office Announces Staffing Updates
Interim Director of Advancement Kathy Warner announces the following Advancement Office updates to the Tower Hill community:
Kate Bailey, who has served as Advancement Associate since 2015, will take on a new role as Director of Alumni Relations and Stewardship effective July 1. Kate earned a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Delaware, where she participated in the Blue Hen Leadership Program. In her time at Tower Hill, she has demonstrated initiative and skill in supporting many Advancement activities, from alumni events to social media content. Most of all, Kate has a strong knowledge of Tower Hill’s alumni constituency and a deep commitment to Tower Hill traditions and green-and-white spirit.
Heather Weymouth Lowry ‘97 will join Tower Hill as Director of the Annual Fund and Major Gifts Officer in January. A graduate of Tower Hill, Yale University (B.A) and the University of Colorado at Boulder (M.B.A.), Heather has extensive experience analyzing complex data to meet revenue and marketing objectives, most recently as Vice President, Digital Performance Optimization, at Citizens Bank in Dedham, Massachusetts. Earlier in her career she worked in independent schools as Assistant Director of Admission at Westminster School in Simsbury, Connecticut, and Associate Director of Admission at Colorado Rocky Mountain School in Carbondale, Colorado. She has served as an Annual Fund class agent for Tower Hill since 1997. We are delighted to welcome Heather “home” to Tower Hill with her family.
Associate Director of Advancement Kate Rindy is pursuing career opportunities closer to her home near Baltimore, having contributed significantly to the growth of Tower Hill’s annual fund campaigns in recent years.
