Upper School Girls Learn about Engineering Careers
On Wednesday, Feb. 13, Lisa Dugan, an engineer with DuPont, spoke to Upper School girls interested in engineering. Her "Explore Engineering" presentation included discussion of the importance of women following their interest in this field to help provide a range of viewpoints and experiences, chemistry teacher Liz Brown, Ph.D. said. Students will have an opportunity to visit DuPont this spring as part of the company's outreach efforts.
