Students Celebrate Peace Week Delaware
This week students in each division celebrated Peace Week Delaware, a period in the state where people across all three counties host activities and events to raise awareness and hope for peace in our communities, nation and world. City Love, a musical duo from West Philadelphia, led a Lower School assembly on Wednesday and shared songs that spread love and hope, bring people together and foster dialogue about the issues of our time. In the Middle and Upper Schools, Daryn Cambridge, who has been working in the field of civics education and peace building for more than 15 years, facilitated discussions on the topic of peace.
