Dr. Lisa Damour spoke to Tower Hill faculty on Friday, Jan. 15, about the psychological science key to understanding how stress and anxiety operate, both under everyday conditions and at times of heightened concern and disruption. She discussed how to keep pressure and tension from reaching toxic levels and how to support students during times of ongoing challenge, including the pandemic and civil unrest.
