The past three months of hard work, running in freezing rain, snow and bitter cold, and shoveling the track have paid off for the boys' and girls' track team! On Wednesday, March 3, the Hillers competed in the Indoor Track "Polar Bear" Championship, held outside in Dover. Below are highlights from the boys' and girls' teams.

Girls:
-The girls' team placed 8th in the state!
-Madison Dennis '24 placed 7th in the 55m and 9th in the long jump
-Olivia Langlois '21 placed 6th in the 55m hurdles
-Margaret Cover '23, Emma Chesman '21, Campbell Zehner '22 and Jalyn Miller '22 placed 3rd in the 4x8
-Miller, Hannah Zhou '22, Langlois and Dennis placed 6th in the 4x2
-Bella Gattuso '22 placed 12th in the mile
-Cover placed 11th in the 400m
-Zoe Heifetz '24 place 13th in the 400m
-Zehner placed sixth in 800 m
-Miller placed 10th in the 800m
-Zhou placed 8th in the 200m
-Paige Zhang '22 placed 10th in the 2 mile
-Cover, Langlois, Nina Knitowski '21 and Heifetz finished 8th in the 4x4
Boys:
-Owen Caldwell '21, Nathan Sugimoto '21, Josh Hall '23 and Dom Pietlock '23 finished 5th in the 4x2
-Sugimoto set a personal record in the 400m
-Mark Sheehan '22, Stanley Chen '22, Caldwell and Will Cucuzzella '22 placed 10th in the 4x8
-Caldwell, Sugimoto, Hall and Pietlock placed 9th in the 4x4
