Sydney DeBaecke '22 Verbally Commits to Swimming at Virginia Tech

Congratulations to Sydney DeBaecke '22, who verbally committed to continuing her swimming career at Virginia Tech next year! DeBaecke swims year-round for Suburban Seahawks Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, and specializes in back, free and IM. She was a major factor in the Hillers’ second-straight team title at the 2021 DIAA state championship, winning the 200 IM, 200 free relay and 400 free relay and finishing second in the 100 back. Read more.
