GVSD new enrollments must register for busing at the Education Center (address listed above) between the hours of 9-11:30 a.m. or 1-3 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 9-11:30 a.m. Friday. If you have any questions, please call the Transportation Office.

Busing for students living in the WCASD will follow the WCASD schedule. The calendar, weather-related information and forms can be found at www.wcasd.net.

The school districts reserve the right to change the schedule at their discretion on days when weather conditions make it advisable to do so. This means that they may call us at any time and tell us that the buses are on the way to pick up Pennsylvania students. 

Please download and complete this Early Dismissal Instructions Form to indicate the simplest course of action in the event we cannot reach you or the designated person on your list. We will either release your child in time for him/her to make the bus or, if you would prefer, he/she may remain until the regular dismissal time with the understanding that you will make arrangements for transportation home at that time.

Under no circumstances will we allow a child to leave on an early bus unless we have your permission to do so. And, in the case of Lower School students, we will call for parent permission whenever we are advised of an early pick-up. If we do not have prior instructions and cannot reach you or someone you have designated before the bus leaves, then we will ask him/her to remain in the school program, and we will continue to try to contact you for instructions.
