Bus Services - Pennsylvania Residents
The Pennsylvania School District policy requires that students must register each year if public school bus transportation is desired. Please contact the transportation department (listed below) in your area and provide the necessary information. Each parent must register the school student and complete a non-public student transportation request form.
Registration
You must complete the Act 372 form to qualify for transportation by July 1, 2026.
The school districts reserve the right to change the schedule at their discretion on days when weather conditions make it advisable to do so. This means that they may call us at any time and tell us that the buses are on the way to pick up Pennsylvania students.
Please download and complete this Early Dismissal Instructions Form to indicate the simplest course of action in the event we cannot reach you or the designated person on your list. We will either release your child in time for him/her to make the bus or, if you would prefer, he/she may remain until the regular dismissal time with the understanding that you will make arrangements for transportation home at that time.
Under no circumstances will we allow a child to leave on an early bus unless we have your permission to do so. And, in the case of Lower School students, we will call for parent permission whenever we are advised of an early pick-up. If we do not have prior instructions and cannot reach you or someone you have designated before the bus leaves, then we will ask him/her to remain in the school program, and we will continue to try to contact you for instructions.
For the 2026-2027 school year, the Middletown, Newark, Bear and New Castle route is being updated. Families will receive an email from the school, and this page will be updated soon.
For reference: the schedule for the 2025-2026 school year was:
*These locations may be subject to change due to ridership of students. This is on a first come, first served basis for this transportation option.
