We are excited once again to offer a robust strength and performance program this summer! This program is open to all new and returning Tower Hill students in the rising 9th-12th grades. Please see the schedule on the flyer for exact session details and times. Participating students should wear athletic clothing/footwear and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. No registration is required. Students should be dropped off and picked up at the Field House. Students are encouraged to attend as many sessions as they are able given summer vacations and other commitments. While participation in every session is ideal, it is not required. We hope to see you there and go Hillers!
