SEED Diversity and Equity Training for Parent Leaders

On Tuesday, Oct. 22, Director of Social Justice Dyann Connor and Lower School Equity and Inclusion Coordinator Ann Sullivan facilitated the first parent SEED workshop for parent volunteer leaders. SEED is a peer-led professional development program that creates conversational communities to build personal, organizational and societal change toward greater equity and diversity. Another session will take place on Nov. 13. Many thanks to the Home and School DISTINCT committee (chaired by Nadia Belkadi and Suzanne Ashley) for offering to host the sessions by organizing refreshments for each meeting.
